That's Gay Wahpecome with Gary outside the Whisky a-Go Go in West Hollywood, California in April 2000. Gay had just had a BR549 tattoo added to her wrist. Gay is Arigon Starr's sister -- and was responsible for turning the whole dang family onto BR and Gary's music.
